Mindfulness Retreat

“In Celebration of the Living Earth” by Satish Kumar
For a long time in the past and even now many scientists look at the Earth and see it as a dead rock. But there are a number of enlightened scientists and ecologists, led by James Lovelock and Lynn Margulis, who have realised that our precious planet Earth is a living organism. This is the new science of Gaia, which connects with the ancient Greek mythology of Earth goddess as well the Indian mythology of goddess Gayatri.

Our Silent Retreat helped create the time and space needed for self-reflection and deep understanding. We are sure that the tranquility of this retreat positively impacted our guests’ emotional management and overall well-being.
